Projects
To conserve a species, it is necessary to understand its biological and habitat requirements, as well as factors that threaten its survival. With this objective the Jaguar Conservation Fund develops institutional projects focusing on jaguar population monitoring and ecological research in strategic areas of the Amazon, Caatinga, Cerrado and Pantanal, and supports projects of partner institutions that raise important information about the jaguar throughout Brazil.
